How do you set each aircraft’s value?

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Craft orders two independent ASA or ISTAT appraisals for each jet twice a year. We take the midpoint between the two appraisals and record that as the fair market value.

If the two appraisals differ by more than 10%, we order a third appraisal and use the average of the two closest values instead.

This midpoint value is then used in the quarterly net asset value (NAV) calculations, your capital account, and any tax recapture calculations when you exit.
