If all Craft Pod aircraft are in use or otherwise unavailable at the time you request, we'll secure a backup aircraft for you.
Because Craft has a network of partner operators and charter services to call on, you still get a plane to fly when you need it.
In the rare case of 0% fleet availability or a short-notice request we can’t accommodate internally, we'll arrange a charter aircraft of comparable size and quality through an approved provider.
As a member, you shouldn’t feel the difference. We handle the logistics and cover any arrangements as per your membership agreement. This means you won't pay extra beyond the normal hourly rate you’d already expect, except on peak days.
Our promise is that your travel needs are met reliably. So even if your Pod jets are all busy, we’ll secure a flight for you.
