What is the aircraft inspection reserve?

Each Pod sets aside part of the hourly rate into an inspection reserve. This bucket pays for mandatory heavy inspections, engine overhauls, and major avionics upgrades without hitting members with surprise bills. Because the reserve is pre-funded as you fly, you won’t face a separate cash call when a jet goes in for scheduled deep maintenance.
