It's free to cancel flights as long as you do it at least 2 days before a normal-day flight or 5 days before a Peak Day flight.
If you cancel after those cut offs, we charge a flat penalty equal to 1 occupied hour at your contracted rate for a normal day or 2 occupied hours for a Peak Day. You'll also be responsible for third-party costs already incurred, such as catering or repositioning.
