When do I pay the 7.5 % Federal Excise Tax, and how does Craft help me avoid it?

FET applies only to commercial flights. Our trust‑and‑lease setup makes each Member the plane’s owner/lessee, so your personal or repositioning trips aren’t commercial—no FET due. Flights we charter to third parties are commercial; we add the 7.5 % tax to those fares and remit it to the IRS.
